Rough Clean After the contractor has installed all the utility work such as framing, plumbing, and electricity, the next step is rough cleaning. Rough cleaning normally consists of the removal of large items of debris, trash, large sticks, and disposables, anything that cannot be sucked up by a vacuum essentially. General sweeping or vacuuming of the floor is also included. 2. Specialty Room Clean Rooms that serve a unique purpose, such as kitchens and bathrooms, are included in this phase. Out of the three phases, this can be the biggest one for construction cleaning services and calls for the most cleaning equipment necessary. In this phase, kitchens and restrooms are thoroughly cleaned, newly installed sinks, cabinets, windows, glass doors, and toilets are subject to cleaning, followed by another cleaning of bathroom and kitchen floors. Because it is a newly constructed building, you will happen to find debris and dust just about everywhere. Once all the debris is removed from the building, you are one step closer to moving in all furniture. 3. Touch Up Clean Also known as the final clean, the touch up clean involves the cleaning crew compile a list of areas to check to clean, and are crossed off after inspected and deemed spotless. Of the items on this list in the touch up cleaning phase, the ones that usually need the most cleaning are any carpets and exteriors, such as outdoor siding and yards, as they typically do not get much attention during the new construction cleanup project. After the touch up cleaning phase, the building will be inspected one more time to make sure that the whole building is completely free of dirt. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please let us know by phone up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations will require a $150.00 fee. After 3 consecutive cancellations, we will have a right to decline future service.
